Why it is advisable to increase your employees or workers as your business productivity increases.

One of the problem that is usually faced by majority of individuals that are about to implement their various business ideas is the question or problem of how many employees , workers , or staffs they should employee at a start . Majority of business owners who are about to establish or implement their business idea do they mistake to employ more than a usual amount of employees , workers , or staffs at a starting of a business . As time goes on , such businesses tends to accumulate debts and liability , thereby owning salaries , renumeration , and compensation to some of their employees , workers , or staffs .

According to the business act enacted in the year 2006 , a business employer whose established or implemented business will be in need of staffs , workers , or employees should first of all or initially employ a minimum of 5 to 10 employees for a start . And as time goes on , if his implemented business idea turns out to be profitable thereby improving productivity , the business organisation can now go on to employ as more employees , workers , or staffs depending on it choice .

In an organization, the role of employees is indeed needed.
So that, without your employees, you won't be able to tackle your business and move forward.

If you do not have enough employees, there will be every tendency that you won't be able to garner clients or customers,I mean more clients as you have expected.

Those employees are the ones to stand the gap between you and your clients.

You may want to consider the rate at which the payment and the management of those employees are met.

If the numbers of your employees are few,and the demand from your clients is pretty high, you should be able to employ more workers so you can retain those clients still.
And you should be able to pay those employees well and on time,so you won't get itches when it comes to employees/employers friendly or clients/employees friendly.

Further more; you should know the effect and advantages of employees to your organization.
If you don't, and you have only few numbers of them,they won't be able to stage your clients, also to meet up with both your demands and that of your clients.

I believe,with this little explanation, you should b able to know the benefits of higher number of employees to your your firm.

The productivity of your employees is directly related to the success of your business. Therefore, as your productivity increases, it is advisable to increase your number of employees or workers.

To understand why this is advisable, you first need to understand the relationship between the number of employees and productivity.

In most cases, an increase in the number of employees results in an increase in productivity. This is because a solution can be found for each problem that arises, but if there are too few people to solve problems or carry out tasks, nothing can be done.

For example, let's say you have a small business and one employee quits. You now have one less person to do work for you and your business operations will suffer. This is why it is important to always make sure that you have enough employees to keep up with your production needs so that you do not lose any time, money or resources due to lack of workers.

It's also important for businesses that are growing their production capacity over time - whether through new products or just more sales - to add additional employees as needed so that all departments can stay on top of their workloads without falling into chaos from being overloaded at any given moment during peak periods when demand exceeds supply (e.g., festive period).

Unnecessarily increasing the number of a labour Force in your business organisation will actually leave your business to spend more money then it accumulates . Majority of business organisations severally complain that their business expenditure is of high value but yet they do not seems to make enough business profit and capital so as to replace the money used for expenditure . It is hundred percent advised to increase the numbers of your employees and staff as you business productivity also increase as well . More business productivity simply means more employees to accomplish business goals and objectives but low or inadequate business productivity simply means maintaining a minimum number of employees because they already are conducive for accomplishing your business goals and objectives .

When the amount of business business employees and workers exceeds the number of business task and objectives what is likely to happen is that the business instead of making profit will lead to diminishing marginal productivity . As taught in the subject economics diminishing marginal productivity totally and obviously occurs in a business organisation when the amount of business employees and workers totally exceeds the number of business tasks and objectives that need to be accomplished and achieved .
