It is no longer news the spate of attacks that teachers are undergoing in recent times in the hands of their students and even pupils. Teaching profession has always been seen as a very decent profession and it is well respected in the society because everyone is aware of the enormous functions they perform in the society, they transform the lives of somany and bring out the best from even the rejected in the society. Without teachers education will be ineffective and no body will be able get the light and benefits that comes from education.
But in recent times teachers are facing alot of challenges that is making them not to carry out their jobs effectively and efficiently. Infactfor those thag desires to teach they are fast becoming discouraged because of the recent events taking place in our schools where teachers are now on the receiving end. We have cases of teaches been beaten by students and pupils and even as far as been killed aswel.
What is the solution to this problems ?
