We tend to realize that a lot of companies out there now have legal backups which are very rampant now. I think this is a good idea for every company so that the legal practitioner or the legal backup will serve as a witness or as a tool in which the partners will be able to fulfill each other's part in the business. It is also useful so that the individuals will know the punishment or what will happen to any of them if the person fails to do the right thing.
Apart from that, having a legal backup is good when the business owners want to share the money amongst themselves. Some companies always have problems because they do not have a legal backup and there is no firm agreement about how many percentages of the company's profit each person will take. This situation causes a lot of havoc in the workplace and it can only be solved by a legal practitioner.
Also, this is good so that the workers and the employers will sign an agreement with each other and they will know the consequences that they will face if they do not follow the agreements that they have made.
