Just like other areas of our life that shows the red flag and signal that it is time to either die in there or move on. Same is applicable here with your job. When once you notice the below red flags it might just be time to quit your job
Lack of growth in the job
You should start thinking about quitting your job if you are stagnated. Apart from the little addition of money yearly to your salary that doesn’t make much sense there’s no other growth, then you should move on. A job that’s not challenging you with new projects, stimulating your abilities and giving you your due promotion and compensation isn’t just it any longer for you
Lack of opportunities to learn
You should be more intelligent, vibrant, skillful and developed at your job. But when these are lacking then you should have a rethink. You need to acquire some professional experiences as you progressing in your job but if this isn’t forth coming after several years then you might just need to move away from the job
Psychologically down at work
Nothing affects one’s well-being more than a psychological issue. If you are not proud of where you work, your values seem to be compromised here, no great workplace transparency and ssues are just complicated here.
