When quitting your job becomes an option!

In one of my thread posted earlier I mentioned some of the reasons why career and job owners may be thinking of leaving their present job possibly to look for another which is more conducive and comfortable for them to work in. The idea of quitting your job can totally be the only option in some job encountering circumstances and occurrences. For example working in a business organisation where you constantly and consistently have to face emotional downgrading situations like discrimination, tribalism, and favoritism etc can totally be enough reason why an individual can leave his or her job and go seek for another. An individual can quit his or her job when he or she begins to feel uncomfortable working with his or her manager or employer as a result of the manager of employer showing some sort of arrogant, rude, and cruel, attitude to him or her. Finally the situation of underpayment, can also be the reason why an individual can quit his or her present job and go seek for another. An employee may spend his or her time achieving and accomplishing organisational goals and objectives as expected and as planned, but yet he or she is constantly paid peanuts for the hard worker and for the industrious attitude he or she has shown, and the truth is that no one loves to be underpaid and that is absolutely enough reason to quit his or her job and look for another.

Before quitting your job it is advisable that you first of all have an employment elsewhere before actually thinking of quitting your present job.
