Hands down I think the London session is the best time to trade the forex just because price is basically just waking up new traders from london are establishing new trades and just because everyone is coming wit a fresh mind and eyes to the market, is more profitable to join then.

Because you can capitalize on that edge and make your money early enough instead of waiting for new York, new York too is nice if you're looking into reversal trades, because most times if the market trended in London upwards it will.reverse downwards in new York, I think it's an individual choice and time zone too.
