As we all know there are three sessions for trading the financial markets namely:
Asian Session
London Session
New york Session
Best session is relative, many traders have different sessions they target and also we live on different time zones, this basically is the reason for liquidity in the different time zones across the markets.
Personally, I trade London and Newyork session, because that's what's in sync with my location, and the instrument I trade work in a way that most London sessions is impulsive and New York is retracement, is mostly just a matter of finding a good entry and riding the wave.
