To be frank, this thread looks like it has no substance at all although the title is meaningful to the board of real estate. Anyway, real estate business needs resources if you are into developing land. For real estate sales you can register your own realty business when you have the sales people who would be doing the marketing. But the first step is actually in finding the properties that you will sell. My childhood friend is now a successful realtor with his growing real estate agency. His contact is a big village owned by a Chinese businessman. They are selling house and lot that is to be construction. Doing the pre-construction selling is not easy because the buyer would pay the down payment and the monthly installment with the promise that the property will be finished within the year. There are many real estate sellers that failed in their promise.
