a lot of issues causes headaches which can be due to alcohol used as it prevents the brain from functioning properly and it can also be due to your changes in eating or sleeping when you don't eat regularly with can cause headache as well as when you don't get enough rest like sleeping 6 hours daily that will need to sleep everyday it can also cause headaches because your brain won't be able to function properlydepression can also be a cause of headaches or emotional stress like from Friends work or school and I didn't try to get enough rest it can make you to feel too much stress and causes health issues like the headaches does that you sell medication or use excessive medication use can also have experience of headache when the using proper use of drug and headaches can also be due to weather changes or noise and the surroundings but there are many ways that we can use to prevent headaches just like we making sure we get enough sleep and drinking a lot of water can also help to reduce the risk of developing headaches since water makes us to be healthy and calm
