A lot of times people experience workplace promotion delay. Thiscan be very frustrating because by this you are being denied a higher work role and all the benefits accrued to such higher position. So what could cause such delay.
It could be lack of visibility which comes from your boss. Sometimes employers may not be aware of an employee work or accomplishments. So you might not be easily seen for promotion
