When you are buying a product, it is important to consider if it comes with a warranty. A warranty is a guarantee from a manufacturer that it will repair or replace parts of the product if they fail within a certain period of time. If you want to file a claim under the warranty, it is important to know what could void your warranty.

Here are some things that could void your warranty:

-Modification – Some products do not allow modifications at all, while other products may have limits on the type of modifications you can make. If you modify your product beyond the limits given by the manufacturer, it could void your warranty.

-Installation – Many products are not meant to be installed by just anyone. If you try to install them yourself instead of hiring a professional, and something goes wrong with the installation, you probably cannot file a claim on your warranty because you may have installed it incorrectly.

-Incorrect use – Often, warranties can be voided if you use a product for its intended purpose. For example, if you buy an air conditioner for your home but use it in your car instead, and then it breaks down, you probably cannot file a claim on the warranty because that was not one of its intended uses.
