For your employees and workers to be effective at performing their roles and responsibilities, you being the business or organisational manager and director, definitely have a role to play in improving their performance. Organisational employees and workers are expected to work Smart and hard instead of feeling reluctant and lazy to perform their roles and objectives. If you spot any employee in the business organisation feeling reluctant or finding it hard to perform his or her roles or objective, the possible solution here is to terminate such employee, however the best alternative is to see ways to train them more. Possible training strategies to improve your employees performance could be to pair them with each other in order for one to train the other in areas he or she may not understand. Another possible ways to train employees is by tutoring them yourself possibly after working hours.

Carrying out activities like this definitely prove that you are not only after your employees ability to work but instead you are totally concerned about their welfare, by not giving them as a means to an end but rather as human beings just as yourselves.

As far as I am concerned most organisations tend to employ business policies that promotes the training, induction of staff from a range of subjects within the line of their jobs. However, the organisation can organise for seminars or benchmarking programs to the staffs for the betterment of the staffs' skills and abilities.
These stuffs are very important as they sharpen the brains of the stuffs and keeping them updated to the current trends.
The training like these also help the stuffs to learn the new emerging trends on the organisation something like learning about Safety on the work place on ways like fighting fire Incase of fire broke outs, and other hazardous related to the work place.
Also training in the form of benchmarking requires the stuffs to travel to other countries for instance to learn about the most disturbing crucial business ideas. They are therefore required for them to re-apply or make it to use what they learnt in the benchmarking process
