Photos are the first to attract the attention of visitors to a real estate site. A photo "makes a thousand words" and manages to capture interest much faster than the text with the description and details about it.

For this reason, as a real estate agent who is viewing a property, we need to pay close attention when taking pictures. Whether you're taking pictures with your camera or your phone, there are a few rules we need to follow.

MAKE SURE THERE IS CLEAN IN THE APARTMENT

A first rule refers to the order, cleanliness and harmony of a home. This aspect can give the future tenants the feeling of airy and comfortable space. Release bedside tables, tables or things from the floor. If you don't have enough time to move them before taking photos, try removing them from the frame.

The right light and angle

The lack of light in the photos can create the impression that the apartment itself is unlit and lifeless. To fully capture the light in the building, turn your back on the light (for example, a window). If you use a flash, avoid positioning the camera in front of a mirror or reflective surface. And if you watch the building in the evening, when the natural light is low, turn on the lights.

Keep the camera straight while taking a picture

An important aspect is the right frame in a photo. This helps to create the impression of an organized and neat room. If you have left the property you are viewing, and you notice that the pictures taken are not straightforward, this can be edited by various editing programs.

TAKE AS MANY PICTURES AS POSSIBLE!

In order to be able to choose the most suitable photos, you need to take as many photos as possible. In this way the images will present to the possible tenants / owners a description of the space as detailed as possible. Don't forget to take a few minutes to edit your photos.
