It is very important that you should learn to communicate in your business . A lot of things can be able to to be accomplished if everybody was going to understand his role in the business and also how you can be able to communicate with your customers as well .

There are two types of communication whenever it comes to business and it can be communication between you and your employees as well as communication between you and your customers .

The communication between you and your employees usually interpreted in form of contracts or job roles as well as task sharing . It is very important that everybody in your organisation knows his position and what is expected of them at all times.

The communication that should be existing between you and your customers are things like your mission and vision statement as well as your customer service. You are much more likely to be successful in business if people have a positive thinking about your business and they can be able to rate it five star.

Achieving the perfect communication in your business is something that you cannot achieve in a day and as such you should not really put yourself under so much pressure but it is something that you should continuously trying to make it positive and try to improve it from the way it was the previous day.

Communication is one of the most important parts of any business, and it happens in many different forms and through many different mediums.
The first type of communication is verbal communication—that is, speaking words aloud. It can be either in person or over the phone or a video call. Verbal communication is great for immediate feedback (which is helpful for when you're trying to make sure your point got across) and for situations that require problem-solving (since you can hear other people's ideas). However, verbal communication can also be stressful for some people who prefer to collect their thoughts before speaking, or who need time to think about how they want to express themselves.

Another important form ofcommunication is written communication—that is, written words on a page or screen. Written communication can be sent in an email, a text message, or even a paper letter via mail. Written communication has the benefit of being able to be carefully crafted, and it allows people time to think about what they want to say without having the pressure of speaking aloud right away. However, it also doesn't have any immediate feedback (which can be difficult if you don't get a response right away), and it's hard to convey tone without emojis or GIFs.

Businesses are made of people, and people communicate with each other in a variety of ways. Communication is essential in the workplace because it allows companies to be productive and creative. It ensures that everything runs smoothly, empowers employees to contribute to the company's success, and fosters an environment where new ideas thrive.

No matter what size your company is or what industry you practice in, communication is fundamental to keeping your business running smoothly.

When I got employed by a bank that’s where I learned the importance of communication. For important messages we are required to write a memo that is addressed to the concerned person. An example is when I needed to work overtime to finish a project. I had to write a formal memo to out manager to authorize me in working after office hours. Without the memo I couldn’t work beyond 5:30 pm. There was an incident when an assistant manager came to the office on the weekend to check on his project. But he had no authorization so the guard wouldn’t let him in. Out of disgust the assistant manager threatened the guard that he can be fired because the job is an emergency. The assistant manager was allowed and later on it was discovered by the security department. That almost cost the job of the assistant manager. Indeed the memo is very important.

Communication is part of human existence, a business without communication is an organized confusion.
In a company, staffs and employee are to share opinions and work in cooperation for the progress of the company. To avoid complains from clients and to avoid loss.
