One of the biggest problems in business and organizational structure is insecurity by superiors toward subordinate managers. It is a very big and serious problem that can hinder the growth of any organization if it doesn't completely close down organization. I always say that business leadership is a call to lead and not to be a lid. Some business leaders are lids constantly looking to be the only ones shining. They don't give opportunities to their staff to also display what they have got. They feel threatened by their employees making giant strides.

You would hear a superior or a boss saying that a particular employee is showing himself/ herself. If you want your business to survive after you are gone, you should focus on posterity by raising leaders that are greater than you. When a business leader gets envious of a staff who is making strides and forces the staff to leave, he/ she is indirectly closing down the business.
