So many reasons exist why an employee contract may be terminated. And organisational employee is expected to perform an act in such a way that shows that he or she is diligent and qualified, moreover, any deviation from the act of being diligent and qualified can totally need to the termination of an employee's contract. To be more specific and elaborate below are some of the reasons all courses leading to the termination of an employee's contract:
* Incompetence: when a particular employee or organisational worker isn't effective and accurate in performing his or her role and responsibilities pertaining to the achievement of the business or organisational goals and objectives, he or she can be terminated as an employee in the business organisation as a result of his or her low-prolonged poor performances.
* Theft/Fraud: when a particular employee engage in fraudulent activities involving the business revenues and profits, he or she can get his or her contract as an employee in such business organisation terminated as soon as possible. Employees theft and fraudulent activities in business, could be omitting business transaction and recorded figures so as to solicit funds for personal use.
* Violence: an employee or worker is expected never to show any violent attitude in the business organisation, and so in a case where he or she fights or bully a co-worker, he or she is liable to get his or her employee contract terminated, possibly after several warnings.
* Attendance issue: when a particular employee or organisational worker fluctuate in his or her attendance and presence in the business environment. He or she may be considered to be unserious and un-industrious by the business manager or employer. After consecutive warning of such employee about his or her attendance issue, he or she can be terminated.
