A job termination situation is one of the most avoidable situation all employees and workers of any organisation and commercial firm tries to avoid by all means. But even with that, only a few minority have been able to escape a job termination situation. To increase your chances of not being terminated off your contract as an employee or worker in an organization you must endeavour to do and perform all your duties and responsibilities as an employee. Also employee-like qualities and attributes should be mentioned among you some of which include industrousness, diligence, times-conscious, humility and sincerity etc . Another obvious reason some employees get terminated off their contract as an employee or worker in an organization is when they unthinkably question the authority and actions of his or her superiors and employers . It is not that all actions and activities made by employers and managers are positive and shouldn't be questioned , but what we need to take note is that there are other way to politely and meekly question our employers and superiors possibly concerning an action we see wrong or bad in our own view and perspective and possibly address how it should have been done or carried out.

Employers and managers so much love it when their employees and workers respect their authority and position as the head of the organization . You are more likely to be noticed as a diligent and industrious employee when you show respect to your superiors and employers.

There is no way a hard-working worker and get terminated of his job and so therefore a worker should strive hard in exhibiting qualities that will prove that he changes his job. One quality he need to have his punctuality he should always endeavour to come early to work in order to full of the activities that be done in that day. Not only by punctual but also showing a spirit of industriousness.. being hard-working and just trust in their activities and trusted to you and also finish eating it in time we tend to make your boss be happy and this can even result into double promotion instead of job termination. I'm also being honest is another quality a worker should have around to avoid being terminated out from his job. When a worker is honest in whatever he is doing keeping adequate financial records of the business transactions that are being made from time to time it will prove to the boss
that yes he is a reliable and trusted worker and every boss always cherish in having such workers.

As an employee or worker in a business organisation you are job contract can never be terminated when you do your best to perform all your employee responsibilities and priorities that totally needs to the achievement of organisational goals and objectives . One of the main reasons why many employees get their contract as an employee terminated in their workplace is it because they neglect from performing their duties impossible because they are ineffective and inaccurate in achieving business goals and objectives as expected and planned. Job contract is something to be taken important and never something that should be taken with play or with childishness .

Performing all your employees responsible duties and priorities in a business organisation put you at the top of not been issued a job termination letter etc . You should also behave responsible and also dress as someone who is capable and able to work . Because most times you dressing and grooming at the most important to be noticed .

Texas is called an "at will" state. The first time I heard the term "at will" was when I moved to Texas. I was told that it meant that an employer could terminate you and did not need to give you a reason. In other words, you were terminated "at the will" of the employer. I think it sucks. But they tell me, it's the law! What I'm trying to say is that sometimes, there is nothing a person can do to avoid termination.

Though sometimes one job can be terminated due to unforeseen circumstances or beyond one's control because I know sometimes a company might not be making good profit and all what they can do about time is to downsize their employment and one can be affected .

But for the ones we can control it is always good to be of good behaviour because it is very unlikely for a loyal employee to be sacked if you are hard-working, you are punctual to work, have the Spirit of a teammate ,interact and try to move the companies financial state forward there is no way your employment can be terminated

it is about people of bad character poor attitude, laziness,lack of decorum and malicious people that will get a sack so if one wants to avoid all these issues to Is to be of more positive attitude and help increase the company's goals for all.

A job termination could be because an employer doesn't have any funds to contunie pay most of its employees due to hard economic situation that is faced by the company itself that leads that this employer either closes the company itself or reduces the number of employees even all of them or big majority are hardworking and giving from their time and effort for the good contunity of work.
What should do an employer in this situation is save from earnings each month so in case there is a big lose in the business he could face payment from reserve funds but spending lavishly the money is not good and could cause such kind of situations.
Therefore employees could assume to do 90 % from what it is required or even 80 % a little being late on morning is tolerable if not exceed 15 minutes due to transportation commitments.
