Ginger is one of those food items whose flavour is so characteristic that it either tastes superb or gives you the feeling of chewing perfume. There is no middle path, but it is trendy with infusions, cookies, soups, and sauces.

All food lends itself to this dressing, because it brings an intense and somewhat spicy flavour to the food with just a pinch of this plant, whose tubercular root can be served fresh, dried, ground, in the form of oil, or even as juice.

For some, accustomed to tasty food, its aroma is quite a freshness, which has been noticed in the increase in consumption of this vegetable in the last few years. In Asia, it has been used as a cooking and medicinal item too.
