The most effective strategy for maintaining a largely diversified organization is to hire employees in the areas of greatest need. This can give a company a competitive edge and help it avoid competition from other companies. For example, if a company is looking for employees with computer skills, it should hire programmers who are highly educated and experienced because these employees will be able to work on software programs that make it easier for other companies to use computers.

Organizations that are largely diversified will have many different goals and objectives. Many of these goals will be pursued in the same or similar ways by different people. This means that there is a high risk of competition between the various business units and programs. The goal of a large organization is to create an environment where there is no competition between departments and programs, so that they can all pursue their own goals without overlapping or conflicting with each other. There are several strategies for maintaining a largely diversified organization:

1. Avoid duplication of effort by having separate departments that do similar things. For example, separate marketing and sales departments would be appropriate.

2. Create clear boundaries between different functions within the organization so that employees know exactly what they are supposed to be doing and why it matters.
