What is Smart Work?

Smart work is working with a direction and guiding principles. There is a massive difference between smart work and hard work. A person that carries heavy equipment for a living is a hard worker, a banker earning peanut is a hard worker because at least he/she earns money for his/ her upkeep. A smart worker is one who works not for the sake of earning but works according to some set of rules or principles which in turn results in one earning enough to make one comfortable and build a lasting empire. Business men such as Africa's richest man Dangote is a perfect example of someone who works smart. He obeys certain business principles of not mixing business and politics as he is always friendly with every Nigerian government.

Forex traders and cryptocurrency investors are also example of smart workers because they obey certain principles to hit it big just from the comfort of their homes. They let their money work for them and in turn reap the benefits.
Feel free to share your own opinion of who a smart worker is and whether hard work should be equated with smart work.

The smart worker who’s gets things done
These are rare and hard to come by but they are there somewhere in the great pool of corporate stooges. These are people who need to be told just once and voila, your job’s done. They’re faster than the rest, believe that once they complete their tasks, they can get out of the office, rarely every stay over office hours.

Hardwork most times requires ur physical energy....Example our grand parents were accustomed to using pestle and mortar to make pounded yam...
Smart work requires you to still work hard to an extent but eliminates it there after...
eg in our present age,we don't need to use pestle and mortar again due to the introduction of poundo yam, poundo machine etc

There is usually this saying: work smarter, not harder. Well that is true to some extent Afterall, we have people who sit comfortably in air-conditioned offices and write a few things or sign some papers, and they make loads of money. On the other hand, we have those who have to engage in hard labor before they can get something to take care of their expenses for that day alone. That is the type of classes we have worldwide and I believe everyone who work, whether smart or hard, deserves reward at the end.
