Finance Small business with no need of registration

In our business culture there are the so called informal business. That is the small business that can be seen in the market. They buy goods and sell it in the market. They are usually called illegal vendors because they are not registered. But for the business that is better than having no livelihood so the government is soft on them. Another type of business that needs no registration are home-based business. Normally the home-based business has the neighborhood as the customers.

Come to think of it that a small business can operate without registration. The best part is that they pay no taxes. How can you be taxed if you are selling cooked food in your home? It is just like selling lemonade in front of your house. The small business is good for the younger generation. It is the best for apprenticeship so a teenager can experienced business in a small way.

I do not know how it goes in other countries, however, in my home country, you are required to register your business irrespective of the size. If your business is really small, you may not have to pay tax but you are required to renew your business every year. Business is a business whether you operate from home, or from an office.
