From the first day at work, everyone looks at when they will get promoted in future. You would need to research on what will get you the promotion quick. But they are some things you might be doing that shows you are not ready for the promotion.
The attributes are;
Not working hard on the right things
This means you Don’t Understand What’s Important to the Company you are working with and as such you can't get yourself noticed for promotion
Complaining alot about your current job.
No employer will look your way for a promotion when you are huge on complains.This attitude do pissed people off . This attitude is a clear warning sign that you’re not ready for promotion.
Not being a Team Player
Currently in the workplace attitude often trumps aptitude. Employers need employees who are able to get along with others and be able to interact and work with their immediate supervisor or manager,
