Just as there are rules and regulations to games and sports there is also rules and regulations guiding the practice and activities taking place in a particular business organisation. And it is true that business rules and regulations differ from each other but anyways it depends on what the business absolutely does and also what the manager of the business sees fit to serve as the rules and regulation guiding his or her business organisation. Whatever the case maybe it is absolutely very mandatory that business rules and regulation are not rigid to abide to, but rather they must be hundred percent flexible and understandable by every personnel working inside the business organisation. The more the rules and regulations guiding the practice and activities of a business organisation is understandable and practice herbal the more the peaceful coexistence and atmosphere of the business becomes.

Good example of business rules and regulation is punctuality. The concept of punctuality is not a business principle that should be taken unseriously but rather, in all ramifications it should be taken seriously and important by all business personnel's mostly the employees and workers to a business organisation. When employees and personnels to a business organisation endeavours to be punctual it actually shows that they are industrous and hard-working and sooner or later they might earn for themselves the privilege of getting promoted to enjoy more higher business privileges.

Almost every condition and events do have guidelines governing the practice and so businesses can not be exempted from having guidelines or rules and regulation governing the activities and practices that goes on inside and outside of it. It is absolutely necessary for businesses to have guidelines, rules and regulations governing at practice because without these guidelines the business environment will be deteriorated and also the peaceful coexistence that aids the smooth free flow of business activities will be hindered.

Without business guidelines or rules and regulations business employees and workers would begin to behave abnormally and far from the way in which a good and effective business employee or worker should behave. The business guideline and the rules or regulation should not only be observed by business employees and workers but also the business employers who possibly could be the ones enacting and formulating these guidelines and rules or regulation must also do their best in observing and adhering to these guidelines governing the business.
