Riding a bicycle is not a fashion in the olden days. Our forefathers are using bicycle to move from one place to another, this make it easier for them to transport themselves from village to farm. The system of transportation in the olden days is very helpful to their body system.
This burns a lot of unwanted fat on in the body system and boost the body system through this riding of bicycle. The internal organs work very perfect as blood flows from the heart to the head without the blockage of any cholesterol in the bloodstream, all this cholesterol are burns through riding of bicycle. We needs to emulate this attitude to have good health,as a result of riding a bicycle from one place to another.
