Diet is one of the most impritant thing that can have seriously positive or negative effects on your health. Whatever we eat can have a direct effect on our health, as many people say, "We are what we eat". It seems this is true because now a study has suggested that people who actually eat good diets such as plant-Based diets are less likely to suffer from heart problems, according to a study that was conducted by study authors at the Penn State College of Medicine.
