Diet is one of the most impritant thing that can have seriously positive or negative effects on your health. Whatever we eat can have a direct effect on our health, as many people say, "We are what we eat". The saying does not literally mean that we are what we actually eat, rather it is to emphasize the fact that whatever we eat can either damage or improve our health. It seems this is true because now a study has suggested that people who actually eat good diets such as plant-Based diets are less likely to suffer from heart problems, according to a study that was conducted by study authors at the Penn State College of Medicine. A plant based diet that consists of foods such as nuts, whole grains, vegetables, fruits, etc.

Most people consume a lot of processed food that have little nutritional value and this can be dangerous to the body that is why there is an increase in diabetes and cancer in the society

Unfortunately, there are many people who consume more fast food than ever. This is a growing problem and this is one of the main reasons why life spans of people are getting shorter because they suffer from heart diseases after eating fast food. Vegetables are best for heart health. Unfortunately, most people avoid vegetables.

Seriously when I look at the future of the world I feel bad about it because the rate of cancer that will be available in the world in the next 30 years from now will be something that man will never imagine, Even with these parents are still believing that giving their children all this food are even the best for their children ,little did they know it is completely the other way around.
