Exercise is very important for our well-being and one of the reasons why we are always asked to engage in exercise on daily basis is that it can help improve the activities of the heart which is one of the most vital organs of the body. .

It is dangerous as you are staying lazy without engaging in exercise . Science has said that the possibility of people dying earlier is very high in cases in which people are idle without doing anything to exercise themselves . This is a clear indication that exercise is very important to keep our body in good shape all the time.

There are different ways people are engaging in exercise . There are some people who works from morning till afternoon depending on the nature of their business but as long as they are sweating they are engaging in exercise of some sort which is still very good.
