Overtime dependency in business comes when some workers prefer to doore overtime to make extra money. This might be good for workers but detrimental to a business The truth is that when overtime levels are consistently high, employees may depend more on that additional income as a source of their regular pay. which isn't too good for a business because of the following reasons
Low level of normal production
They will be low production of products as workers will delay jobs so that they work overtime and more hours to get extra pay.
High payout by the business
Since this is extra pay out by the business which is not part of the salary, the business would spend more on payment monthly
