One of the things that business people face is customers that would come to ask for products on credit, and end up not paying for the products even over a long period of time.
You have probably sent reminders and had personal meetings with these customers and still no positive results. All diplomatic approach has not yielded results. And the amount they owe can do something tangible for your business.
In situations Iike this, what do you do to such customers? Report them to law enforcement agencies? Or you forget about the money? I would personally forget about the money. Would you do the same?
