The regimen for my health is the traditional and simple ways. Diet is the primary in the list because that's where I get the nutrition. Exercise is second in the list that I have to do every morning to give me the energy. Avoiding stressful activities and vices like smoking and drinking are also on my list. No need for vitamin pills and a workout in the gym.

Thank you for this ,I also thought as much that is one of the most important thing we should look forward to feed our body on because it is what contains all the nutrient that is needed for our body to keep going. Exercise might be important also like you have just said but living a stress-free life to me I consider it as the second because it is very important.
