As people are different, so is culture and sometimes we end up having people from different cultures working in the same organisation. Managing and blending these different cultures can be really challenging. Here are few ways to manage the cultural diversity among staff in a business organisation.

1) Promote cultural awareness: You need to initiate programs that aim to educate your staff on the beauty of other cultures.

2) Open Communication: As a manager, don't be judgemental. Allow people to communicate openly irrespective of the nuances of their cultural differences.

This would help to celebrate diversity and build highly productive business teams irrespective of culture.
