This refers to how managers conduct the daily operations of a business. Managers who adopt participative approach where workers are allowed to give their views on how things should be done motivate their workers and improve their performance compared to those who do not involve the workers. Duties and responsibilities of all employees are defined under management styles. Therefore the better management style adopted the better work done by the employees. The best management style to be adopted in any business should be participative approach.

Managing a business successfully is not easy but hard work makes business to be successful. To become a successful manager it's not easy you must work for it in order to be promoted to management role. And being a manager does not guarantee success. Successful managers are effective and productive. They can lead,motivate, set goals, set examples as a leader and inspire others to achieve their best. To become a successful manager, you must possess habits that will allow you to accomplish your goals and bring out the best in others to achieve the organisational goals.
