But sometimes it could be confusing whether your employees are actually qualified to join their hands in helping you to make your business great . As a business owner of the business employer you shouldn't only be concerned about what is written in a job applicant CV . Rather you must look beyond the job applicant CV and also check all the delegate attitude of him or her which possibly include his ability to work and his ability to be motivated .

Nowadays job applicants CV cannot be trusted because majority of them are forged and bought with money . That is why as a business owner of the business employer you must check all the activities and all the attitudes and behaviours of the job applicants so as to be sure whether he or she is actually qualified to be an employee in your business organisation . In conclusion , the two things you must be mindful about so as to know whether your employees are qualified is to check the ability to work , the ability to be motivated , and their creativity skills etc .

In some other cases, some employers are in the habit of employing less qualified candidates so they could negotiate and reduce their payment because they know that, to hire those who have the knowledge, they would be required to pay more, so due to greed, they prefer to hire quacks, which ruins the system.
 
Apart from the fact that there is favouritism or nepotism- a situation where people try to put their close relative in a particular position without considering their qualification. If there is no this case, no business owner will employ some one that's not qualified enough to handle the job he's employed for.

There are many repercussions of employing mediocrity I'm our businesses. The following can be some of these problems we may encounter for having set of people that are not really professional for our jobs.

Decline in productivity: the first thing to notice is that there will be reduction in the production level. We can not compare the ways those that are qualified will handle things to the ways those that are not competent will handle it. And if the production is not handled well, it will surely lead to decline in productivity level.

Losing of investors: there is no one that want to invest with a business that is filled with workers that are not qualified. They will be losing existing customers and eben intending investors due to the fact that there is no competency when it comes to the output of the workers to do the job they are employed for.
