For the health conscious buyers it is the organic vegetables and meat for them. The price of organic vegetables here is higher by at least 20% over the regular vegetables. If you will look at the method of growing organic vegetables you will marvel at the natural fertilizer that comes from the earthworms. That means you have saved on chemical fertilizer which is also costly. For the pesticides it is also organic from the herbs and concoctions containing salt, pepper, ginger and garlic. That is made into a spray which is also cheaper than the chemical pesticides. The only problem is the land to plant the organic vegetables.
