You have a business and you are making profits from your business? Are you an entrepreneur? Well, entrepreneurship isn't just about building successful companies; it is also about making changes in the society. Are you selling products and services that are making difference in people's lives and in the society, or are you just making money. Entrepreneurship is not just about money, it is about creating a positive impact in the world. If you are just focused on getting rich from your business, you are not an entrepreneur. While entrepreneurs might also making profits and getting rich, what ultimately sets them apart is their contribution to society.

I am a practising entrepreneur and I would tell anyone that intends to enter entrepreneurship that it takes more than just what motivational speakers said to he successful in entrepreneurship. You would have to follow a learning curve that would challenge and rattle you if you would ever stand a chance of making it in entrepreneurship. It gets worse when you have a solid dream and determination with little funding. You would have to do so many things by yourself and might be constantly burnt out.

For what it is, entrepreneurship is not an easy activity that is why a lot of individuals today give up easily. On the other hand entrepreneurship requires a lot of training and experience before an individual can fully become an expert or to be known as a full breeded entrepreneur so to say. An entrepreneur must be a risk taker, which is obviously one of the most unlikable quality of feature of an entrepreneur by so many individuals practicing entrepreneurship today. Majority of entrepreneurs in the world are fully aware of this and that is why they keep taking risk in order to make sure that they achieve growth and development in their business and of course many are succeeding why others still have a long way to go in this aspect of risk taken and resource utilization.
