Is promoting business employees randomly a wise move.

Employees usually do their best so that they can become more recognised and more noticed by their superiors and employers and one of the ways they do their best is by carrying out all their responsibilities and duties accurately and correctly so that they stand a chance to get promoted to enjoy other special business privileges. Talking about the random promoting of employees well in my own perspective I would say that that is absolutely not good because random promoting of employees without them actually qualified for it totally proves that the business organisation is absolutely not organised. An organised business organisation absolutely look for good attitude and good behaviours from its employees and workers and this good behaviours and attitudes are always rewarded such with salary increase or with enjoying special business privileges and promotion.

A particular business employee may obviously be so much hardworking and industrious in carrying his business responsibilities and duties, he or she may definitely be supported by other co-workers and co-employees to be promoted by the business superior and employer but yet The Superior or employer may not promote such an employee but rather promote someone else , who for once is not even qualified to be promoted. Promotion of employees should be done based on qualification and good commendation and never randomly because that would so much kill your employees and workers motivation.

Employees promotion should be done based on the fact that a particular employee is absolutely industrious and also hard-working in carrying out or performing his business duties and organisational responsibilities and anything above this is absolutely not advised. Talking about the random promotion of employees without reason for doing so, I would say it is totally not good for business progress because all other employees are watching and giving promotion to an employee who is never deserving of it is absolutely a wrong move. If you randomly promote your business employees you may end up promoting an employee who turned out to be sluggish and lazy in performing his organisational roles and duties, and in turn other hardworking and industrious employees who are more deserving of promotion may end up filing for a resignation in your organisation, because they cannot understand and bear the situation at hand .

In order to avoid this it is best to promote an employee based on his qualifications and based on his hard work and industriousness.
