It can be quite rewarding a business organisation to always be truthful to their employees at all time. For the fact that I mention at all times does not mean, today should disclose confidential information about the business to their clients and customers simply because they want to remain truthful and sincere to them. Majority of businesses usually have confidential information in which they do not allowed any third-party to know about. However for them to maintain this confidential information they must keep it secretly. Employees and workers owes to the business organisation definition duty of keeping all information about the business confidential and never disclosing it to any individual not even to clients and customers.

The only kind of information that you are not allowed to hide from clients and customers our information concerning goods and services and also information concerning there possibility to get satisfied and comfortable based on what your business has to offer. For example if the customer approaches a business and ask for a particular product which the business turns out to not have at the moment.
