We all eat food because we need food in order to survive and live a healthy life. This is why many people believe that we also need to have a good breakfast in order to remain active and focus much more on our daily activities in a much better way. many people believe that break fast helps you to improve concentration and skipping breakfast could be bad for your health. However, there have been a few studies that have stated that it is okay to skip breakfast in case you do not feel the urge to have a breakfast or if you are not feeling hungry in the morning after you wake up. Previously it was though that break fast is mandatory no matter what. So what do you believe? Do you believe that breakfast should be consumed or can it be skipped?
