The reason why I said this is because majority of online businesses do not know their customers face-to-face and they do not even know me and tell me where they're customers or clients is basically chatting to them. However in as much as they do not see their customers face-to-face they try to maintain good efficient customer services via their online platforms and website in order to entice the customers and clients to keep on coming whenever they need the product as well as the services of such online business organisation.

On the other hand offline businesses or land based businesses are established in all nooks and crannies of the world. However as a result of this there are more likely to provide less customer services. This is possibly due to some factors such as speciality and idleness.
