We are fully aware that they are online marketing websites in which an individual out of his or her own free will and choice could choose to buy what he or she needs from this online stores and marketing platforms. But on the other hand not everyone is quite conversant with the use of online marketing stores that is why there are still offline marketing environment in which individuals can possibly go to buy what they need and want. Many customers and clients are more likely to be drawn to the purchasing and buying of goods and services or products of any kind from marketing platform whether online or offline as long as they give them an effective amount of customer service suitable and capable of making them enjoying your time wel-spent in getting this needs and wants for themselves . Talking about which marketing method gives a representative and reputative customer services, I would personally say that it is the online method.

Customer services is more represented and more reputativly-effective and efficiently online, due to the fact that personnels operating and managing the online marketing platforms do not have close contact and interaction with their buyers and purchases and so because of this they do not plan to lose any one of them, and with that being said they will so much endeavour to do their utmost in satisfying the needs and wants of each encountered potential customer or client who develop an interest in buying or purchasing their products and services.

One of the things that makes customer service ineffective and inefficient of line is basically the fact that most business employees and workers terms to give much attention to Rich and wealthy business clients and customers thereby neglecting those who are medium income earners, and as a result of the is the bad quality of partiality and favoritism tends to set in, obstructing and hindering the easy free flow of how business customer services would have been done. But if an individual bill to purchase goods and services online there was absolutely every possibility that sound and effective customer service will be served and that is because those selling online do not have a visibly close look at their customers and clients, and so they would do their utmost to please each customer and each client's thereby making them feeling conducive and satisfied utilising their online marketing platform .

With that being said it is absolutely very possible that customer services is more responsive and reputative online than compared to offline .
