Is brushing the only way to care for the teeth.

Right from a young age our parents and guardians have always taught us how to brush our teeth , in fact that has been one of the most prominent and known way and strategy an individual can care for his or her teeth . Because we know the usefulness of our teeth we are motivated and forced to care for it a lot of people may not be aware that the teeth apart from helping us to eat comfortably and satisfactorily it also help us to speak properly . and so the big question ask is brushing the teeth the only way to care for our teeth ? I am hundred percent sure that is not the only way to care for our teeth there are some procedures and strategies and individual can partake to ensure that his or her teeth is in the right position and appearance . Some of these strategies and procedures are explained below :

QUIT SMOKING HABITS : a lot of individuals today have taken the habit of smoking as a normal and usual activity without understanding the critical and negative damage the habit of smoking has to our teeth including our various internal organs . Smoking in all ramification and excuses is bad both biblically and physically . We need to be aware about the bad effects of smoking so as to know why we have to avoid it .

DRINKING ENOUGH WATER : you might not be aware that drinking water affect the health of your teeth . Some people claim that they are drinking water but the question to ask is , are you drinking enough water ? If your answer is yes then congratulations there is a 100% possibility that your teeth's are in the right position and appearance . Drinking water instead of drinking sugary soft drinks reduce an individual's teeth the risk of incurring gum cavity diseases and other teeth infections like painful chewing and teeth discoloration etc .

With regular cleaning of teeth our eating habit must be healthy. We never eat or drink too much hot and cold food. Using tobacco is any way is harmful for our teeth. We also avoid consuming too much sugar. We too floss our teeth once a day. Because bristles of tooth brush can't clean hide plaque between teeth and along the gum line.

There are some measures we have to take in addition of brushing out teeth. We all brush our teeth but that does not mean we can have problems concerning our teeth because if we fail to take other precaution then we can still have problems concerning our teeth. Example, no matter how we brush our teeth, we don't have to eat too hot or too cold foods.

Well stated information you stated around ways to take care of the teeth. Brushing regularly have been the normal routine or norm in caring for the teeth. Irrespective of that, we shouldn't engage in harmful substances that can cause the teeth incurring infections like the gum cavity disease or bleeding gums, which you mentioned. Smoking is injurious too, those burning flames, brings a different odour to the mouth, and also it makes the teeth to get darkened, I don't engage in smoking, because the smell isn't pleasing, it causes mouth odour to sound plain and direct. That's why I don't see reasons to keep on smoking after knowing it's side effects to our teeth and health in general.

Teeth is an important organ of our body, It these are health our other organ will also healthy. If because of some bad habits some one lost teeth than they cann't chew food properly and because it they can't digest food. If we have all type of food but we can't chew than what is the benefit of having foods. We must be gets checkup health of teeth at least once a year
