When you brush your teeth regularly to help me to prevent tooth decay that can lead to dental cavities and also brushing of teeth regularly we make gems or particles not to stay long in your teeth which can trigger dental issues and also it is very important for us to make sure that we are brushing twice in a day morning and night so that our teeth can be very healthy and strong we should also make sure that we use our toothbrush for not more than 2 to 3 months because when you did not change your brush regularly we not make it to be able to brush your teeth properly which you make your take to get more decayed and avoid using hard bristle brush so that it can also cause some dental issues like gum pain and other health issues as well and make sure that you use the accepted toothpaste that is the one that contain fluoride so that it can be able to brush your teeth very wellso brushing of teeth is very important so that won't have any mouth odor or any tooth cavities so as to make you to have a healthy teeth
 
Bush regularly in the morning and night to have good health for your health to avoid dirty bacteria in teeth brushing of teeth is very important to avoid tooth decay and cavities if you finish eating rinse your mouth from particles so it won't cause damage to your teeth w th a hole
 
You have to brush your teeth regularly to prevent it from decaying.when you don't brush your teeth and you eat different kind of things some part of the food you are will stay around the corner of your teeth so when you don't brush it will start to decay and from there the person start to have brown teeth and smelling mouth or bad odour

I want to take good care of my teeth because they are used for a lifetime.
 
According to dentist, we were to brush our teeth every time after eating but this will be too stressful that is why it is advisable to brush our teeth at least two times a day. This is to ensure there is no food particles remaining in between out teeth and gums.
 
The act of brushing our teeth is said to be one of the most popular and known ways to care for our teeth . A lot of people do not pay attention to the care of your teeth and so they use their teeth to carry out unadvised and undone activities like using their teeth to open the cover of a soda drink . The teeth is an important property of the mouth responsible with the duty and actions of grinding , crushing , and chewing food . Our teeth is also responsible for correct and accurate mouth talking and interactions .

It is advised right from birth that we must brush our teeth twice or thrice a day . But it must be understood that brushing our teeth is not the only way we can care for her teeth . And there is every possibility that our teeth could develop a disorder or infection even if we always brush our teeth . This is caused as a result of not doing other activitiesor putting other activities into consideration that also help to care for the teeth . For example : the consumption of sugary foods can also endanger the teeth mostly the gum that holds the teeth . Gum disease and disorder like con-cavity weakness , tooth ache , and tooth decay is caused as a result of excessive consumption of sugary foods like chocolate , icy suger cakes , icy suger candies , and all that junk sugary foods and drinks .
