Is age a business managing qualification?

Age has never been a barrier for an individual to be good and qualified to carry out managerial activities and practices. Although in most localities business managers are always aged individuals, and this have made people have the mindset that all business managers should go through a whole lot of training and spend most of their years in commercial schools and commercial tertiary institutions in order to be more experience and more trained in getting the requisite experience and training on how to be an effective business manager. No doubt an individual have to be experienced and qualified to be known as a business manager but that does not necessarily mean that he or she he must waste almost all the years he or she have in life on getting training and unbecoming experience on being a qualified business manager.

There are so many young individuals who are business managers of their own business and some of which are business managers to the Business of another individual. And in fact it is better to be young to be a business manager because being young gives you more energy and more ability to be more creative thereby you are able to fuse in your brain power in carrying out business managerial responsibilities and duties. On the other hand and aged individual who is a business manager may no doubt be qualified, but been Swift and time conscious could be the problem.

I have been to a business organisation in which the business manager and operator is a young vibrant individual and what that means is that it is not necessarily important that the manager of a business organisation should be an aged individual. No doubt the the years people spent in getting requisite knowledge and experience of business managing my totally eats a whole lot of time in an individual's life, but that is for those who started their managerial training and experience late in their life. For those that started at a young age in their life things to manage and control businesses possibly within their early thirties to their late forties.

Whatever the case maybe it is totally important to be a young business manager because you get to have more energy and more ability to think clearly but rather for the older business managers they may act slowly even if they made the more experience.
