Water is an important part of our diet. It is present in every cell and tissues. It constitute about two-third of the body's composition. Every function of the body depends on water. What is continuously been lost through the skin, lungs, kidney, bowel.
This must be replace because water is Chief constituent of all body fluid.
it help with digestion and in the elimination of waste products from the body. It is also help to regulate body temperature. Water is obtained from all liquid we drink and the food we eat. Without water digestion is not easy for the body system to carry out. Likewise excretion is not easy to carry out of the body easily. Water is very essential in body to tranport some food from one intestine to other.
Without water in the body system their will dehydration of the skins and and it can lead to shortage of blood.
