1. Not getting enough sleep is associated to weight gain so for those that want to lose weight it is really advisable for them to always get enough sleep
2. Getting a good sleep helps in improving productivity and concentration and without getting enough sleep all this will be deprived
3. Good sleep improve our brain function and mental well being and also makes us to be energetic, active and strong and gives us the ability to engage in exercise
4. Not getting enough expose someone to a greater risk of having certain diseases like heart disease or stroke that is why it is important we make sure we get like 7-8 hours sleep everyday to prevent any side effects of not sleeping

it's good to sleep because when you sleep the body will rest and also the brain.when the brain does not rest it can also cause headache which is not good for the body.so try to sleep well to prevent any kind of sickness.also go to the doctor for check up.

Sleep is very good for some body to get regain memory and sound health. If one can not sleep very well it will be very difficult to think right and be well co-ordinate during the working hour in the office.
To get better sleep some time one should try to be doing exercise very well its really help.

Sleeping helps to restart your brain and other vital part of your body for the next day. getting enough good night rest is believed to reduced the stress in human body and also makes them to be hale and healthy.

Some reserchers, in their studies has found out that lack of not getting enough sleep can increases a person risk of developing dangerous medical conditions, these types of health condition could be obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease to mention a few. Thus, the best recipe that i could personally recommend to anyone. Is sleeping.

Failure to have enough sleep is said to change insulin resistance, which can leads to an increased in the risk of developing type 2 diabetes. Highlighted below are some importance as well as health benefits of getting enough sleep;

Sleep is a recharge of the brain and body after exhaustion, it is a very important part of life and cannot be done without. It is a natural part of life that cannot be deprived, failure to sleep at the right time can lead to many negative effect.
When it comes to their health, sleep is as vital as regular exercise that works hand in hand with eating a balanced diet. Sleep helps build the brain to function properly, it helps one have concentration, and helps the brain's productivity. A lack of sleep may affect a person’s desire or ability to maintain a healthful lifestyle, but it may or may not be a direct contributor to weight gain.


People who have problem with sleeping, they find it hard to sleep are suffering from a sleep disease called insomnia, which can lead to depression.

Sleep helps the body repair, regenerate, and recover. It helps to build the immune system, better sleep quality can help the body fight off infection. Sleep is important because it enables the body to repair and be fit and ready for another day, getting adequate rest may also help prevent excess weight gain, heart disease. Neve should business or any other thing take the place of sleep in one's life.

Additionally I will advise you to try and be sleeping but it not like all the time but at least 6 to 8 hours per day
am sorry for people who don't like to sleep because for you not to sleep I like creating a sickness into your body system..... If you want to be healthy and strong try to sleep am not saying you should be sleeping always at least when you have nothing doing and anytime you feel like sleeping you should try to sleep at that particular time.......
