Eating vegetables is very good for the health.vegetable is just like fruit it provide essential vitamins, nutrients,and minerals to the body and it's also rich in fibre.thet help to reduce the risk of having any type of disease, sickness or infection.disease like cancer,heart problem or heart disease and also kidney disease.they help to improve the blood pressure and also prevent high blood pressure.vegetables also help the eyes.for those who stare at a computer or phone everyday try eating vegetables because it helps to prevent the risk of eye pain.and Also reduce the bright Ness of your phone or computer or anything that has screen.vegetables also help the skin.it makes the skin fresh and fine.it also reduce the rate of diabetes.

Eating less vegetables, or not eating it at all, has disadvantages to our body.

Adding vegetables to all we eat, protein or carbohydrates; is singled out the best medium to balance out daily meals.

Our menu should contain vegetables, much of vegetables.

If I should go ahead listing them below, they are in varieties. Which goes thus:

Garbage, cucumber, pumpkin leaf, leafy greens, carrot, garden egg, scent leaf, tomatoes, onion, garlic, spinach, lettuce and so on of what we already know, which we come across a daily basis.

Eating vegetable is very good for our body. I belive vegetable gives vitamins and some other thing as you have rightly said.
Let takes for example the animal that used usually eaten grass they way their body used to be shining and smooth like wise if one can be eaten vegitable it will equally make body to be smoothy .
