There are many importance of eating fruits and vegetables because they are very good and they also supply the body with essential nutrients and vitamins.fruits are better than eating junks.junks have too much sugar and can cause stomach pain which leads to diabetes but fruits are natural and they don't contain sugar they cannot cause any disease to the body.they help to regulate the body temperature and they Also help to improve High blood pressure.it also regulate blood pressure.it also helps to prevent sickness like headche, body pain and also any disease that can affect the lungs, heart and also the kidneys.vegetables also do the same to the body so eat fruits and vegetables for a better and healthy life.

Most people don't really understand , junk food will not help the body in anyway because it does not have any nutritional value and can only increase the risk of having too much salt in the body system, although fruits and vegetables are expensive but it is still necessary in our body.

Eating of fruit and vegetables can not be underrated at all. Eating of fruit is good because it contain fibers which do help body system yo be functioning well.
And vegetables is very good because it use to make somebody look fresh and younger than once age. Likewise it also better than eating junk food like those package food which has been miss with chemical already. And whenever some body is found of eating junk always such a person is very liable to be getting sick because the chemical in them can destroy some of the body system.
It's very better to eating fruit and vegetables.
