Most of the offices are not accepting the workers these days. Most of the people are working from home or working in a remote way. And they have managed to keep the people at home for some time due to the virus. I think there is definitely reduction in the requirement of the HR department. I do understand there is a need for the operations person for some rules and regulations. But there does not seem to be any need for the full time work of the HR department anymore. And it should be less pay job from here onwards.
Remote working is going to make a lot of jobs useless. And there would be no need of many office positions from this year onwards. Do you think there is also no future requirement for the HR department and some of the HR may lose their regular work. Do you think this will happen?
