You can lose weight quickly when will cut off sugars and starch from our diet or carbohydrates and replacing them with whole grains and also eat protein fat and vegetables because they contain nutrients that will make you to keep fit and reduce the cholesterol in your bodyeating plenty of fruits and vegetables is very important when you want to lose weight because of the high fibre vitamins and minerals that they contain and if you want to lose weight faster you have to make sure that I am more active like you and getting exercise regularly for like 30 minutes so as to help you burn off the excess calories in your body because you cannot lose weight only with diet alone and also make sure that you drink water regularly you should drink enough water like six glasses of water everyday.eating high-fibre food is very important when you want to lose weight because they did not collecting any colour is so they will help you to lose weight fibres like fruits and vegetables whole grain bread brown rice and pasta and oatsand if you also want to lose weight make sure that you are not consuming junk foods because it causes weight gain as well

We must becareful while trying to lose weight. This is because it may have negative effects on us. Being fat is healthy except on some rare cases. Some people because of losing weight have subjected themselves to harsh conditions. Some don't even eat well and have cut off some nutrient food all in the name of losing weight.

Just like you have just said losing your weight naturally is the best and I do not advise the use of drugs because the drugs may even be the best to your body system, natural way of losing weight will require a lot of patient and discipline for you to be able to give unto your exercise schedule and practice it with all forms of seriousness... The only way you have to do this is just to take your exercise serious and engage in it at least every morning or twice a week as you have time to do.. avoid certain foods also.

We can loose weight faster by drinking lemon squeeze lemon keep it for three days and start drinking it ,we can use cucumber be eating cucumber everyday can make you loose weight on time so is easy to loose weight with fruit and vegetables
