How to Write a Good Company Profile

The company name is the most important part of your company profile. Make sure to use a name that's memorable, descriptive and easy to spell. When you're choosing a name, make sure it doesn't already exist. If it does, you'll have to work with that company on a business-to-business basis or change your name.

The next thing you should focus on is your mission statement. You want to make sure that you are clear about what your company does and why it exists. Your mission statement can be as long or as short as you want it to be, but the more information you include the better. It should also be written in a way that makes sense for your business and brand. When writing your vision statement, think about what success would look like if everything went according to plan. Make sure that this matches with what you've said in your mission
so there aren't any surprises down the road. You also need some way of showing off who works for your company and what they do there—this is called an employee profile (sometimes known as a staff bio).
